TapToSpeak Application. TapToSpeak is designed to operate with minimal data collection. Specifically:

• Messages you type into TapToSpeak are processed locally on your device for basic text-to-speech conversion.
• When you use AI-enhanced premium voices, the text of your message is sent to OpenAI's text-to-speech API for voice generation. These transmissions are processed in real time and are not stored by us.
• When you use AI-powered conversational features, the text of your message is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. These transmissions are processed in real time and are not stored by us.
• We do not collect, store, or transmit the content of your messages on our own servers.
• We do not collect health or medical information.
• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or participate in cross-app tracking.
• We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as feature usage frequency and crash reports) to improve the app. These analytics contain no personally identifiable information. We do not use third-party analytics services at this time.

Company Website. When you visit zmedicaltechnologies.com, our hosting provider may automatically collect standard server log data, including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services on this website.

How We Use Information

• Anthropic — provides AI language processing for conversational features. When you use these features, the text of your message is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy.

No user-identifying information (such as name, email, or device identifiers) is included in requests to these services. Only the text content necessary to generate a response is transmitted.

Data Storage and Security

TapToSpeak stores your preferences and custom phrases locally on your device. We do not maintain user databases or cloud-based storage of user data. We use industry-standard security practices to protect any data processed through our services.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because TapToSpeak does not require an account and stores data locally on your device, you are in full control of your data at all times. You can delete all app data by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. We do not retain any user data on our servers.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. TapToSpeak does not require any personal information to use, regardless of the user's age.
